The Noble M400 was the top spec M12 available, above the GTO
and GTO-3R. The model designation
'M400' is derived from the fact that the power and weight specifications
for the car correspond to 400 bhp-per-ton. Showing its sporting
nature, the Noble M400 has both a 3 point seatbelt and a 4 point
harness. Upgraded tyres, a front anti-roll bar, a smoother gearchange
and larger turbos all help make the M400 the M12's big brother.
The handling of the Noble M400 was near-impeccable and despite
the mid engined layout and twin-turbo setup the back end is
difficult, but not impossible, to lose.
