The Messerschmitt Me 323 "Gigant" had a crew of five. A pilot and co-pilot, two flight engineers and a radio operator. Two gunners could also be carried if required.

In the cargo compartment the Messerschmitt Me 323 "Gigant" could carry between 10-12 tons of freight or 130 men.
