The
Williams F1 Chronograph from Oris looks as if it would fit nicely
into the cockpit of a Formula One racing car: different displays
for perfect timekeeping, stainless steel case in racing style. But
the timepiece fits best on the wrist – and with flush-fit precision,
thanks to the innovatively designed flexible horn loops. It’s got
a racing suspension.
The edition of this chronograph is successively numbered (on the
Ø 45.00 mm case) and characterised by several special features:
the new multi-piece case is equipped with a tachometer as top ring;
the two-piece dial, with a fine minute track and decimal division
under the sapphire crystal with inside anti-reflex coating, is designed
in the style of F1. The minute recorder (at 12 o’clock) and hour
recorder (6 o’clock), along with the date window and the WilliamsF1
Team logo at 9 o’clock also illustrate its sporting pedigree.
As the official watch partner of the WilliamsF1 Team Oris has designed
the chronograph entirely in the style of Formula One, last but not
least with the strap. Made with black rubber it features the original
vertical tyre tread. A bracelet in stainless steel is also available
as an alternative.
