A shot blasting gun is a specialized tool which is used to dispense an abrasive media (shot) under high pressure to provide a deep clean and remove rust from metal components. Shot blasting guns require a large volume of pressurized air and an abrasive media. Due to the large amount of dust and particles which are emitted at high pressure and velocity, the appropriate safety gear should be worn when when using a shot blasting gun.
