The Group 2 Widebody Dodge Challenger is a creation of Classic
Design Concepts, a Michigan based tuning and performance parts
company.
The Group 2 Widebody Challenger was displayed at the 2008 SEMA
motor show in Las Vegas to show off what modifications and enhancements
the company is capable of.
The vehicle's main features (as the name suggests) are the widened
front and rear wheel arches designed to house 20x10 inch front
and 20x12 inch three piece wheels wrapped in 275 and 315 series
Pirelli tires.
Other visual modifications over the standard Dodge Challenger
include a stylish stainless steel mesh grille, front aerodynamic
canards, sequential taillights, and a lightweight aluminum hood
equipped with a cold air shaker-style intake system.
Powering the CDC Group 2 Widebody Dodge Challenger is a supercharged,
6.1 litre, HEMI V8 which develops 560 horsepower.
