The
Gigliato Aerosa was a one off prototype created by a collaboration
between Gigliato Design, headed by Japanese designer Nobuo Nakamura,
and Lamborghini.
Work began on the Aerosa in 1995, however it was not until the
1997 Geneva Motor Show that the Aerosa was revealed to the public.
The plan was that Lamborghini would engineer the Aerosa (using
a Ford V8), it would be constructed England, and Gigliato Design
would import the car to Japan. However the plans failed to come
to fruition and the Gigliato Aerosa remained a concept.
