The Honda RVF400 NC35 was the successor to the NC30,
itself a development of the 750cc RC30
superbike.
The NC35, like many other performance 400cc machines was the
product of a Japanese licencing restriction which meant many
riders had to ride 400cc displacement bikes and smaller. This
resulted in a flurry of small displacement, but high performance
bikes hitting the market.
The Honda RVF400 NC35 featured fully adjustable suspension,
twin front brake discs, and upside-down front forks, all based
around an aluminium twin-spar frame.
