The Honda Faze 250 is a Japanese market scooter powered by a
250cc, liquid-cooled, single cylinder, 4-valve, 4-stroke engine
which develops 23 horsepower @ 7,500 rpm and 23 Nm of torque
at 6,000 rpm. The transmission is handled by a automatic CVT
unit.
The Honda Faze 250 features a tubular steel double-cradle frame
which has been designed to reduce the vibration of the engine,
and in fact the technology used in the frame is in the process
of being patented.
The Honda Faze 250 uses a braking system where the brake lever
on the right controls the front brake alone, however the lever
on the left provides braking power to both front and rear wheels.
ABS is available as an extra cost option. 13 inch wheels are
used both front and rear.
Up front are 35mm telescopic forks while at the rear a twin
shock absorber setup is used.
The styling features the same large single frame headlight first
used on the Suzuki B-King sports bike. The dash utilizes both
analog gauges and a digital readout.
Several different storage compartments are located around the
Faze 250 including under the seat and below the handlebars.
The Honda Faze 250 is available in three colors; blue, black
and white.
