Introduction
The Aprilia 650 Pegaso Strada is a middle weight motorcycle with a
supermoto appearance.
An easy bike to master, the Aprilia 650 Pegaso is a good bike for
beginners. The low seat option is also handy for shorter riders.
The Aprilia 650 Pegaso is powered by a fuel injected liquid-cooled
single-cylinder engine which provides 50 horsepower and more than
enough power for cruising long distances on the highway. Fuel injection
problems can cause jumpy power delivery at slower speeds.
The well designed frame of the 650 Pegaso is provides fun, agile handling,
and is nicely compliemented by powerfull Brembo brakes.

Aprilia 650 Pegaso Strada - Constant problems with fuel supply, bike
cuts out randomly and regulary, Aprilia South Africa are not able
to resolve the problem and at this stage they have replaced the fuel
pump, or so they say, 3 times. The bike is exremely dangerous to ride
and when it cuts out and is hot, it is unable to start. I would appreciate
feedback from any other Pegaso owner who have had this problem or
were able to resolve the problem, as this problem seems to be common
and not isolated as in my case. The price for a fuel pump installed,
R9000.00 South African rand, considering new price of bike R 69000.00
South African rand.
