The Hummer H2 was a softer, more pedestrian model which tried
to build on the reputation of the original hardcore Hummer H1
model.
The H2 is narrower than the H1, but it is longer and taller,
with space for up to seven passengers on some models.
The Hummer H2 is based on a light duty truck frame, although
it has a larger foot print than most of its competitiors. It
was marketed as a off-road vehicle, a family SUV and a commercial
vehicle.
Standard features of the Hummer H2 include air conditioning
with tri-zone climate controls, tilt leather-wrapped multi-function
steering wheel, cruise control, leather upholstery, heated front
and rear seats, 8-way power front seats, dual memory system,
BOSE premium sound system, 6-disc CD changer, outside-temperature
indicator, compass, rear radio controls.
Options for the Hummer H2 included adjustable rear suspension,
a wide power sunroof, rear view camera, DVD entertainment system,
navigation system, ladder, custom grilles, side step bars, and
20" Chrome HUMMER wheels
