Turbo Lag

Turbo lag describes the slight delay between the instant a car’s accelerator is depressed and the time the turbocharger in a turbocharged vehicle supplies additional motive power. Turbo lag can be reduced by using lighter parts within the turbocharger, twin series turbochargers, or a supercharger.
