The T-Rex three-wheeler uses a 1200cc motorcycle engine
to propel itself to 60 miles an hour in 4.1 seconds, and
then onto a top speed of 140 mph. With handling characteristics
similar to a sportscar, and capable of carrying 2 people
the T-Rex 3 wheeler makes an unusual alternative to a
sports car or motorbike.
The basis for the T-Rex is a multi-tubular steel chassis.
This houses the engine, six-speed sequential transmission
and passenger compartment. Luggage is carried outside
in optional cases attached either side of the single rear
wheel.
Covering the frame are fiberglass body panels which give
the T-Rex its distinctive and sporting appearance.
