GEM (Global Electric Motorcars) are a division of the DaimlerChrysler
corporation based in Fargo, North Dakota, USA.
Despite its golf cart appearance, the GEM E825/4 is a four seat,
fully road legal electric vehicle with a range of 30 mph on
a full charge.
Not the most exciting of vehicles to drive, the E825/4 has a
governed top speed of just 25 mph.
