The Lamborghini Toro concept is a creation of Jason Battersby,
a Canadian designer currently studying at the Umea Institute
of Design in Sweden.
The Lamborghini Toro was inspired by the fact that before
Lamborghini built supercars they built tractors. And they
still do, although none of them look like this.
The styling of the Lamborghini Toro was born out of an
attempt to fuse the functionality and off-road capabilities
of Lamborghini's tractor products with the outrageous
and angular styling of their supercars.
The exterior design of the Toro is dominated by the large
yet narrow cab which is positioned high up and features
360 degrees of window. Access to the cab is made easier
to thanks to the integrated steps which are built into
the bodywork just behind the front wheels. For working
at night the Toro is equipped with strip LED headlights
and a roof mounted work light.
